Return & Refund Policy

 1. Returns and Refunds are welcome; your returned part must have the invoice with it.

2. Return Requirements * All returned parts must include your original purchase invoice. * Parts must be in original condition and cannot be modified or altered (e.g., no cutting, grinding, or bending).
3. "Customer Error"-Shipping Cost Policies If a return is due to ordering for the incorrect model, incorrect part (confusing the term Ejector and Extractor for example), or a bad shipping address, a refund will be issued for the part price only. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

4. Store Error: If we make a shipping mistake, we will issue a full refund for both the part and the shipping. In these instances, you do not need to return the item.

If claiming damage or rust, you must supply a photo by email to [email protected]

All Returns must be made within 15 days of receiving the part or parts.

​When ordering from an address that is a Hotel, Motel, Condominium and Trailer parks MDs Gun Repair is not responsible for front desk and or locker drop offs. That is the responsibility of the management to where we ship too.
